چکیده | ||
مقاله حاضر به دنبال بررسی تأثیر فعالیت های منابع انسانی برروی بهره وری شغلی ادراک شده دورکاران است. تحلیل داده های حاصل از پیمایش انجام شده در میان 217 دورکار وزارت تعاون، کار، و رفاه اجتماعی نشان می دهد که فعالیت های مختلف منابع انسانی متناسب با طرح کار از راه دور، به شکل معنی دار منجر به بهبود بهره وری شغلی دورکاران می شود؛ نتایج آزمون فرضیات تحقیق به روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری گویای آن است که عوامل انتخاب داوطلبانه، مشارکت شغلی، کنترل خروجی محور، نظارت الکترونیک، پرداخت متغیر و حمایت اجتماعی دارای تأثیر مثبت بر بهره وری شغلی دورکاران می باشند؛ با این حال داده های تحقیق تأثیر عامل یادگیری مشارکتی و آموزش رفتاری را تأیید نمی کنند. بر اساس یافته های مذکور، مقاله در نتیجه گیری «نقش اقتضائات مدیریتی در حوزه منابع انسانی» را مورد تأکید قرار داده و توجه تصمیم گیرندگان و دست اندرکاران سازمانی را به اتخاذ ملاحظات مذکور برای اجرای موفقیت آمیز طرح های کار از راه دور جلب می کند. | ||
