کنترل نماتد گره‌ای (Meloidogyne incognita) با استفاده از اصلاح کننده‌های آلی خاک

چکیده

اثر تعدادی از اصلاح کننده‌های آلی خاک محلی مانند نیم کیک، کستر کیک، پون گام کیک و ورمی کامپوست به نسبت 400 و 500 کیلوگرم در هکتار بر علیه Meloidogyne incognita   بر گیاه آویشن (Thymus vulgaris)در شرایط کنترل شده و مزرعه مورد تحقیق قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج حاصله از تحقیق، تمامی اصلاح کننده‌های آلی استفاده شده موجب کاهش جمعیت نماتد و همچنین افزایش تولید گیاه مورد مطالعه شدند. در میان تمامی تیمارها، نیم کیک بیشترین اثر را در کاهش جمعیت نماتدی و همچنین افزایش تولید آویشن نشان  داد. نماتد مورد مطالعه دارای جمعیتی حدود  2/31 – 6/28 درصد و 3/3- 0/4 درصد گره گزارش گردید. افزایش تولید در اثر استفاده از نیم کیک در شرایط کنترل شده بین 8/38 – 4/42 و در شرایط مزرعه 9 درصد گزارش گردید.
