مقایسه‌ پاسخ‌های ضربان قلب افراد واجد سبک‌های دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن به ویدئوکلیپ‌های مرتبط با دلبستگی

چکیده

هدف از این بررسی مقایسه پاسخ­های ضربان قلب افراد واجد سبک دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن به تماشای ویدئوکلیپ­های مرتبط با دلبستگی بود. بر اساس یک طرح تحقیق شبه تجربی، 30 دانشجوی 18 تا 30 سال (15 نفر دارای سبک دلبستگی ایمن ، 15 نفر دارای سبک دلبستگی ناایمن) به روش نمونه­برداری دردسترس و از طریق پرسشنامه­ دلبستگی بزرگسالان (AAQ) (هازان و شیور، 1987) انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع­آوری داده­ها، تغییرات شدت ضربان قلب (HR) شرکت­کنندگان در طول مشاهده­ هشت ویدئوکلیپ ایرانی مرتبط با دلبستگی با استفاده از دستگاه الکتروکاردیوگرام (ECG) ثبت شد. نتایج آزمون t مستقل نشان داد که در افراد دارای سبک دلبستگی ناایمن به طور معناداری کاهش سرعت ضربان قلب­ در هنگام مشاهده­ سه کلیپ با وزن هیجانی بالا و محتوای منفی، و دو کلیپ با وزن هیجانی پایین و محتوای مثبت، پایین­تر از افراد واجد سبک دلبستگی ایمن بوده است. همچنین، سرعت ضربان قلب افراد ناایمن در طول مرحله­ استراحت به طور معناداری بالاتر از افراد دارای سبک دلبستگی ایمن بود. در مورد نتایج این بررسی در زمینه سطوح برانگیختگی بالا و نظم‎جویی هیجانی پایین در افراد واجد سبک دلبستگی ناایمن بحث شده است
