اثر داروی ضدافسردگی ایمی­پرامین هیدروکلراید بر روی ناهنجاری­های جنین موش سوری نژاد NMRI

چکیده

ایمی­ پرامین هیدروکلراید داروی ضد افسردگی است که موارد مصرف گسترده­ای دارد. پرمصرف­ترین دارو در درمان افسردگی و اضطراب می­باشد و عملکرد آن با برداشتن سرتونین و نوراپی نفرین از پایانه­های پیش­ سیناپسی است. از ناهنجاری­های ایجاد شده توسط این دارو می­توان به ناهنجاریهای اسکلتی، کاهش رشد،  افزایش جنین­های جذبی و درمواردی تشنج و مرگ مادر را می­توان نام برد. با این حال الگوی دقیق ناهنجاری­های ایمی­ پرامین به طور دقیق مشخص نمی­ باشد. هدف از این تحقیق شناختن طیف دقیق ناهنجاری­های ایجاد شده توسط این دارو است. نتایج نشان می­دهد با افزایش دوز تزریقی، میانگین طول بدن جنین­ها در گروه­های تجربی به صورت معنی­داری در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش یافته است. همچنین با افزایش دوز تزریقی، میانگین وزن جنین­ ها در مقایسه با گروه کنترل دارای اختلاف معنی­ داری هستند. همچنین افزایش دوز باعث افزایش تعداد جنین­ های جذبی گردیده است.
