ارزیابی سازوکارهای تجربه‌شده برقراری ارتباط بین آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای رسمی و بازار کار در ایران

چکیده

هدف این مقاله تحلیل وضعیت ارتباط آموزش فنی و حرفه‏ای رسمی با بازارکار و تبیین سازوکارهای مناسب برای برقراری ارتباط مطلوب با محیط کار کشور است. روش پژوهش از نوع زمینه‌یابی بوده و برای گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز علاوه بر تحلیل اسناد و گزارش‌های علمی ـ پژوهشی از مصاحبه ساختار یافته با صاحب‌نظران منتخب در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، درسی و اجرایی آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد در حال حاضرساز و کار اثربخشی به منظور برقراری ارتباط بین آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای و بازار کار وجودندارد. سایر یافته‌های مهم این پژوهش عبارتند از: ضرورت بازنگری در روش‌های نیاز سنجی آموزشی و نیز استانداردهای مهارتی، توسعه فرهنگ کار، تأکید برجنبه‌های عملی و مهارتی در آموزش‌ها در مقایسه با آموزش‌های نظری، الزام دستگاه‌های دولتی و نیز بخش صنعت به همکاری واقعی با بخش آموزش‌های فنی وحرفه‌ای، توسعه آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در چارچوب برنامه کلان توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی کشور و نیز پرهیز از توسعه کمی آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ا‌ی.
