چکیده

چکیده
    گسترشسریعفیزیکیودرعینحالبی­ضابطهشهرهاازپیامدهایمهمفرایندشهرنشینیدرایرانمحسوبمی­شود.ازسویی،یکیازراهبردهایدستیابیبهتوسعهپایداروارتقاءکیفیتمحیطزیستشهری،متعادلکردنکاربری­هاازطریقشکلپایدارشهریموصومبهرشدومدیریتهوشمندشهرمی­باشددرواقعرشدومدیریتهوشمندشهر،افزونبرفرمفشرده­یشهر،بهاستفادهبهینهازفضاهایشهریتأکیددارد.پژوهشحاضرباهدفامکانسنجیرشدهوشمنددرکلانشهرکرجمی­باشدکهازروشتوصیفی–تحلیلیوپیمایشیاستفادهشدهاست.جهتامکانسنجیتوسعهشهرهوشمنددرمحدودهموردمطالعهاز4معیاراقتصادی–اجتماعی،کالبدی–فضایی،زیستمحیطیودسترسیبهزیرساخت‌هااستفادهشدهاستنتایجبهدستآمدهازمدلS.W.O.Tودیاگرامتحلیلنشان­دهندهوجودبسترهایمناسبدربرخیزمینه­هاجهتتوسعهشهرهوشمنددرمحدودهموردمطالعهمی­باشدازجملهاینبسترهامی­توانبهترکیبکاربری‌ها،خدماتعمومی،حملونقلوفضایعمومیاشارهکرد.ضرایبBetaبهدستآمدهازتحلیلمسیرنشاندهندهتأثیرگذاریبسیاربالایبعداقتصادیاجتماعیوکالبدیفضاییبرزمینهسازیرشدهوشمندشهریدرکلانشهرکرجمی‌باشد.
