تحلیل روابط چندگانه رهبری اثربخش و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی با بهره وری نیروی انسانی در مراکز آموزش عالی استان آذربایجان غربی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر آزمون مدل مفهومی برای بهره وری نیروی انسانی در مراکز آموزش عالی براساس متغیرهای رهبری اثربخش و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی بوده است. جامعه تحقیق اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه های استان آذربایجان غربی1194 نفر که با استفاده از جدول گرجسی و مورگان نمونه 310 نفری به روش تصادفی طبقه­ای(دولتی 112 نفر، آزاداسلامی 114 نفر و علوم پزشکی 84 نفر) انتخاب‌شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی چند متغیره بوده و با سه ابزار رهبری اثربخش براساس پرسش نامه ساعتچی و همکاران و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی بر اساس مدل دانشگاه نیوجرسی و مدل‌های شاه واسکانیز (2008) و پرسش نامه بهره وری نیروی انسانی براساس مدل آچیو توسط هرسی و گلداسمیت استفاده شده است. روایی محتوایی (سازه) و پایایی(آلفای کرانباخ) آنها مناسب گزارش‌شده‌اند، روش تجزیه‌ و تحلیل با استفاده از نرم­افزار Amos و مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. نتایج نشان داده است که بین رهبری اثربخش و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی با بهره وری نیروی انسانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین رهبری اثربخش بیشترین تأثیر مثبت مستقیمی بر برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی و بهره وری نیروی انسانی داشته و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی اثر کمتری بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی دارد.
