بررسی آت‌اکولوژیکی، فنولوژی و فیتوشیمیایی گیاه دارویی Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam. به همراه اتنوفارماکولوژی و طیف فلورستیک گیاهان دارویی منطقه بوانلو (استان خراسان شمالی)

چکیده

این تحقیق به منظور بررسی مورفولوژی، مهمترین نیازهای اکولوژی، فنولوژی و  فیتوشیمیایی گیاه دارویی کاکوتی کوهی (Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.)، تهیه لیست فلورستیک و اتنوفارماکولوژی گونه­های دارویی در یکی ازرویشگاه­های طبیعی در استان خراسان شمالی(بوانلو با ارتفاع 1728 متر) به‌صورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. ضمن عملیات صحرایی مهمترین شاخص‌های اکولوژیکی، فنولوژیکی و اطلاعات سنتی در مورد مصارف دارویی گیاه کاکوتی و سایر گونه­های همراه دارویی در طب سنتی منطقه اخذ و ثبت گردید. سرشاخه های گل‌دار گیاه در تیر ماه 1392 جمع­آوری و خشک شد و عصاره هیدروالکلی آن به روش حیساندن بدست آمد. مقدار فنل کل با روش فولین- سیکالتو و فلاونوئید کل با روش رنگ سنجی کلرید آلومینیوم در 3 تکرار اندازه­گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد رشد رویشی گیاه کاکوتی کوهی از فروردین ماه آغاز و در اواخر خرداد تا اوایل مهرماه نیز در مرحله گلدهی به سر می­برد و در نیمه دوم مهر ماه به بذر می­نشیند. تعداد 30 گونه گیاهی دارویی متعلق به 29 جنس و17 تیره شناسایی گردید که به‌ترتیب تیره آفتابگردان با 6 گونه (20 درصد) و نعناع با 4 گونه (13درصد) از بیشترین غنای گونه­ای برخوردار بودند. فرم­های زیستی تروفیت­ (43 درصد) و ژئوفیت­ (27 درصد) بیشترین شکل­های رویشی و عرصه­های مدیترانه­ای (40 درصد) و ایرانو- تورانی (36 درصد) بیشترین پراکنش جغرافیایی را داشتند. همچنین مشخص شد گیاهان دارویی این رویشگاه به همراه گیاه کاکوتی در طب سنتی منطقه به عنوان ضدعفونی کننده، تب­بر، محرک معده و در درمان سرماخوردگی و ناراحتی­های دستگاه گوارش استفاده می­شوند. مقدار فلاونوئید کل گیاه کاکوتی 19/0 ±21.2 میلی­گرم در گرم معادل کوئرستین و فنل­های کل 06/0 ± 91 میلی­گرم بر گرم معادل اسید گالیک بدست آمد.
