| چکیده این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اضطراب و استرس بر مبنای میزان استفاده از فضای مجازی در بین 60 نفر از بیماران آنژیوگرافی شده انجام شده است که با روش تصادفی ساده از مراجعان به بیمارستان شهید مدنی در سال 1396 انتخاب شده بودند. روش تحقیق از نوع علی مقایسهای است. متغیرهای استرس و اضطراب با - استفاده از پرسشنامه 21 سؤالی استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتهاند. همچنین برای اندازهگیری میزان استفاده از فضای مجازی، از پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ استفاده شده است. این آزمونها دارای پایایی قابل اطمینان بوده واعتبار اندازهگیری این ابزار از سوی محققان مختلف در تحقیقات متعددی به اثبات رسیده است. یافتهها نشان میدهد که بیشترین افراد دارای استرس در حد متوسط هستنند ولی 3 / 33 درصد افراد از نظر اضطراب در وضعیت عادی قرار دارند. همچنین 70 درصد آزمودنیها در حد کم دارای اعتیاد به اینترنت هستند و تنها 3 / 18 درصد آزمودنیها معتاد به اینترنت هستند. علاوه بر آن، تعداد معتادان به اینترنت در بین زنان بیشتر از مردان است و بیشترین میزان اعتیاد به اینترنت منجر به استرس و اضطراب، مربوط به میزان تحصیلات پایینتر و شغل کارمند استمیزان دو متغیر استرس و اضطراب در بین کاربران عادی و کاربران معتاد به اینترنت تفاوتهای معنیداری را نشان میدهند. آزمونهای تفاوت میانگین نشان میدهد که کاربران معتاد به اینترنت هم دارای اضطراب بیشتری نسبت به کاربران عادی هستند و هم میانگین استرس آنان نسبت به کاربران عادی بیشتر است. | ||
