به منظور بررسی تأثیر تاریخ کاشت و کود نیتروژن و فسفر بر محتوی رطوبت بذربالنگو شیرازی در طی پر شدن دانه، پژوهشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، در سال زراعی 93 – 92 اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل: تاریخ کشت پائیزه و بهاره و کود شیمیایی (نیتروژن، فسفر) در سه سطح عدم کود، کاربرد نصف کود (23 کیلوگرم در هکتار N خالص + 6/50 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5) و کاربرد مقدار کامل کود (46 کیلوگرم در هکتار N + 2/101 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5) بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر کود شیمیایی بر درصد رطوبت بذر در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار اما اثر تاریخ کاشت، اثر متقابل تاریخ کاشت و کود شیمیایی بر درصد رطوبت بذر در طی پر شدن دانه در سطح احتمال یک درصد غیر معنیدار بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین نشان داد که بیشترین این صفت مربوط به تیمار بدون کود (812/20)و کمترین آن مربوط به تیمار مقدار کامل کود (46 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود نیتروژن خالص و 2/101 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود P2O5) (165/8) بود که البته از لحاظ آماری با تیمار نصف کود(23 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود نیتروژن خالص و 6/50 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود P2O5) اختلاف معنیداری نداشت. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که در کشت پاییزه و تیمار بدون کود بیشترین درصد رطوبت بذر بالنگو به دست آمد. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت و کود شیمیایی بر محتویرطوبت بذر بالنگو شیرازی (Lallemantia royleana Benth.) در طی پر شدن دانه

مقدمه[1] با پیشرفت علم و توجه جهانیان به تأثیر زیان بار استفاده از ترکیبات شیمیایی و مواد سنتتیک، جهان دوباره به استفاده از فراوردههای گیاهی روی آورده است، بهطوریکه گفته میشود قرن بیست و یکم، قرن گیاهان دارویی است (Amanzadeh et al., 2011). بالنگو (Lallemantia royleana Benth.) گیاهی یک ساله از تیره نعناعیان است و به طور وسیعی در ایران، ترکیه، هند و شمال اروپا رشد میکند. دانههای بالنگو تیره رنگ و بیضی کشیده هستند که تمام سطح آن را تعداد زیادی حفرههای کوچک میپوشاند و دارای دو سطح کاملا متمایز پشتی و داخلی میباشند (Naghibi et al., 2005). دانه بالنگو منابع خوبی از فیبر، روغن، پلیساکارید و پروتئین بوده و دارای خواص دارویی و تغذیهای میباشد (Fekri et al., 2008). دانه بالنگو اگر در آب خیس شود مایع چسبناک، کدر و بی مزهای ایجاد میکند از جملـه موسیلاژ این گیاه میتواند در درمان اختلالات گوناگون نظیر برخی اختلالات عصبی، کبدی و بیماریهای کلیوی و درمان ریفلاکس معده به کار رود و همچنـین بـهعنـوان یـک داروی محرک جنسی و خلـط آور در بـین داروهـای محلـی ایـران شناخته شده است (Naghibi et al., 2005). اثر کود بر رطوبت بذر: یکی از عوامل مهم برای کشت گیاهان دارویی جهت کسب کیفیت بالا ارزیابی سیستمهای مختلف کوددهی است. با روش صحیح حاصلخیزی خاک و تغذیه گیاه میتوان ضمن کاهش آلودگی محیط زیســت و اجتناب از مصرف غیرضروری و بیرویه کود، کارایی نهادهها را افزایش داد. نیتروژن و فسفر از عناصر پر مصرف غذایی هستند که از اهمیت ویژهای در دستیابی به عملکرد بالای کمی و کیفی در محصولات زراعی برخوردارند. در همین رابطه استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی اوره و سوپرفسفات تریپل در گیاه مادری با تأثیر بر جذب عناصر غذایی مثل فسفر و نیتروژن، افزایش طول دوره رویشی، شاخص سطح برگ، فتوسنتز و افزایش طول دورهی پر شدن و در نتیجه بر بهبود بنیه و شاخصهای کیفی بذر بالنگو مؤثرند. اثر دما و نور بر میزان رطوبت بذر: یکی دیگر از عواملی که باید هنگام معرفی یـک گیـاه در الگوی کشت هر منطقه مورد توجه قرار گیرد، انتخاب تاریخ کاشـت مطلوب آن گیاه است. تاریخ کاشتهای مختلف با ایجاد شرایط متفاوتی از لحاظ دما، رطوبت نسبی، طـول روز، تشعشع خورشیدی، زمان رسیدگی و برداشت، ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی بذر را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهنـد. شرایط نامطلوب طی فرآیند تشکیل بـذر در مزرعه و یا در هنگام ذخیرهسازی بذرها باعث زوال شدید بذرها و کاهش کیفیت بذر مـیشـود (Mayhew and Caviness, 1994). گیاهان دارای دامنههای دمایی مشخصی برای رشد و نمو بهینه میباشند که در خارج از آن، تولید و پراکنش آنها محدود میشود. در همین زمینه، دمای پایین بهعنوان یک عامل تنشزا در محیط پیرامون گیاهان میتواند سرعت فرآیندهای بیوشیمیایی سلولها را بهطور متفاوتی تحت تأثیر قرار دهد (Prasil et al., 2007). تغییر بعضی از عوامل محیطی مثل درجه حرارت در دوره تشکیل و رشد دانه بر روی بوته مادری میتواند بر کیفیت بذر تأثیر بگذارد (Sajan, 2004). از آن جا که هیچگونه بررسی بر روی میزان رطوبت بذر گیاه بالنگو شیرازی در طی پر شدن دانه صورت نگرفته است، لذا این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی محتوی رطوبت بذر موجود در بذر انجام گردید تا بهترین زمان برداشت بذر و نیز میزان کود شیمیایی بهمنظور تعیین محتوی رطوبت بذر برای انبارداری مشخص گردد.
مواد و روشها بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تاریخ کاشت و میزان کود شیمیایی بر کیفیت و شاخصهای جوانه زنی بذرگیاه دارویی بالنگوی شیرازی، پژوهشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی گیاهان دارویی دانشگاه شاهد به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل دو عاملی در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، در سال زراعی 93-92 اجرا گردید. مزرعه تحقیقاتی دارای طول جغرافیایی 51 درجه و 8 دقیقه شمالی و عرض جغرافیایی 35 درجه و 34 دقیقه شرقی، ارتفاع 190 متر از سطح دریا می باشد. میانگین دما و بارش در طول دوره رشد در جدول یک آورده شده است. قبل از کاشت آزمون تجزیه خاک انجام شد که نتایج آن در جدول دو آورده شده است. عوامل مورد بررسی شامل: تاریخ کاشت پائیزه و بهاره و میزان کود شیمیایی (نیتروژن، فسفر) در سه سطح شاهد (بدون کود)، کاربرد نصف مقدار کود مورد نیاز (23 کیلوگرم در هکتار N خالص+ 6/50 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5) کاربرد مقدار کامل کود (46 کیلوگرم در هکتار N خالص+ 2/101 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5) بود. کشت به صورت جوی و پشته انجام شد و بذرها در دو ردیف در دو طرف پشته در عمق سه سانتیمتر با فاصله ردیف 25 سانتیمتر کشت شدند و سپس کود سوپر فسفات تریپل در هنگام کشت بذرها به خاک افزوده شد و کود اوره در دو نوبت هنگام کاشت و نیز بهصورت سرک در مرحله هشت برگی به پایه مادری داده شد.

اندازهگیری میزان رطوبت بذر: جهت اندازهگیری میزان رطوبت دانه در دوره پرشدن بذر، نمونه برداریهایی در فواصل زمانی مشخص انجام شد. بدینمنظور در مرحله گلدهی تعداد 30 بوته یکسان که از لحاظ ظاهری در یک مرحله بودند، مشخص شدند. و در فواصل هشت روزه از اوایل گلدهی تا رسیدگی دانه، چهار نوبت نمونه برداری از نمونههای مشخص شده، انجام گرفت (پنج بوته از هر کرت در هر بار نمونه برداری). نمونه برداریها از ساقه اصلی در هر بوته انجام شد. سپس دانهها را از داخل غلافها بیرون آورده و در پاکتهای کاغذی به مدت 48 ساعت در آون با دمای 70 درجه سانتیگراد خشک شدند. پس از این مدت وزن خشک دانهها با ترازوی دقیق محاسبه گردید (Darroch and Baker, 1990). دادههای حاصله از طریق نرم افزار سس 3.1.9 (SAS) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و مقایسات میانگین از طریق آزمون دانکن در سطح احتمال 5 درصد انجام گردید.
نتایج نتایج حاصل از جدول تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر کود شیمیایی بر درصد رطوبت بذر در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار اما اثر تاریخ کاشت، اثر متقابل تاریخ کاشت و کود شیمیایی بر درصد رطوبت بذر در طی پر شدن دانه غیر معنیدار بود (جدول 3). نتایج مقایسه میانگین اثر کود شیمیایی بر درصد رطوبت بذر نشان داد که بیشترین این صفت مربوط به تیمار بدون کود (812/20 درصد)و کمترین آن مربوط به تیمار مقدار کامل کود (46 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود نیتروژن خالص و 2/101 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود P2O5) (165/8) بود که البته از لحاظ آماری با تیمار نصف کود(23 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود نیتروژن خالص و 6/50 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود P2O5) اختلاف معنیداری نداشت (جدول 4).پس برای جلوگیری از آلودگی زیست محیطی و کاهش هزینه تهیه نهادههای کشاورزی، جهت دستیابی به کمترین درصد رطوبت و افزایش طول دوره انبارداری، تیمار نصف کود توصیه میشود. رطوبت بذر برای تعیین زمان رسیدگی فیزیولوژی و برداشت اهمیت دارد و یکی از عوامل موثر بر کیفیت بذر است. در دانههای نرسیده با رطوبت بالا، خشک کردن سریع نیـز امکـان قطـع سریع فعل و انفعالات شیمیایی و بیوشیمیایی بذر را باعث میشود (تاجبخش و قیاسی، 1387). نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که زمان برداشت بذر بر درصد رطوبت بذر تأثیرگذار خواهد بود. رستگار و همکاران (1393) گزارش کردند که رطوبت بذر با افزایش روز بعد از گلدهی تا رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک (زمان رسیدن به حداکثر وزن خشک بذر) از 78 درصد به 30 درصد کاهش مییابد و پس از آن وزن خشک بذر به مقدار ثابتی میرسد. روند تغییرات درصد رطوبت بذر در طی پر شدن دانه نشان داد که در همه تیمارها، درصد رطوبت دانه با پیشروی رشد دانه کاهش یافت (نمودار 3-5) که احتمال میرود به این دلیل باشد که در اوایل گلدهی بذر نمودار نگرفته است لذا درصد رطوبت صفر است اما به تدریج با نمودارگیری بذر و تشکیل آندوسپرم و سایر اجزا بذر خصوصاً ترکیبات آبدوست مثل پروتئین و نشاسته جذب آب شروع میشود اما در مراحل رسیدگی فیزیولوژیکی بذر بالاترین وزن را داراست و ذخایر آن کامل است ولی بعد از این مرحله به دلیل قطع ارتباط آوندی بذر با پایه مادری، فقط رطوبت اضافی را از دست میدهد لذا درصد رطوبت بذر کاهش مییابد (امیدی و همکاران، 1384). در کشت پاییزه و تیمار بدون کود بیشترین درصد رطوبت بذر به دست آمد زیرا ذخایر غذایی بذر کم بوده و بیشترین حجم بذر را آب تشکیل میدهد اما در کشت بهاره و تیمار کود کامل به دلیل ذخایر غذایی بالا و در نتیجه کاهش درصد آب نسبت به سایر ترکیبات در بذر، کمترین درصد رطوبت به دست آمد. قاسمی پیربلوطی و همکاران (1383) گزارش کردند که کمترین رطوبت بذر در برداشت چهارم و مصادف با رسیدن فیزیولوژیک بود.

میانگینهایی که در هر ستون حداقل دارای یک حرف مشترک هستند، فاقد اختلاف معنیدار با آزمون دانکن در سطح یک درصد میباشد. 1- (23 کیلوگرم در هکتار N +6/50 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5) 2- (46 کیلوگرم در هکتار N +2/101 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5)
بحث تأثیر اوضاع اقلیمی بر گیاهان مختلف متفاوت است و همواره باید با تحقیقات مناسب به بررسی نقش عوامل اقلیمی بر رشد، نمو و مواد موثره گیاهان دارویی پرداخت. مهمترین عوامل محیطی رویش گیاهان دارویی که تأثیر عمدهای بر کمیت و کیفیت مواد موثره آنها میگذارد، نور، درجه حرارت، بارندگی، طول روز، عرض جغرافیایی، خصوصیات خاک، ارتفاع محل و تغذیه میباشد. بهطورکلی، عوامل محیطی شامل خصوصیات اقلیمی، توپوگرافی و خاکی است که باید هر کدام از آنها بر رشد، نمو، عملکرد و میزان مواد موثره گیاهان دارویی توجه داشت (Somjen et al., 2004). مقدار رطوبت موجود در بذر را معمولاً به صورت درصد نشان میدهند. هر تغییر کوچک در رطوبت آن ممکن است اثر زیادی بر سلامت بذر بگذارد. بذرهایی که دارای درصد رطوبت بیشتر باشند، ضمن نگهداری در انبار، مورد حمله انواع قارچها قرار میگیرند و به تدریج سلامت خود را از دست میدهند. درصد رطوبت بذر به عواملی مانند درجه رسیدگی آن و موقعیت اقلیم منطقه و زمان برداشت محصول و طریقه انبار کردن و به ویژه درصد رطوبت نسبی انبار بستگی دارد. در این پژوهش در زمان گلدهی (اوایل گلدهی) بهدلیل اینکه گیاه در مرحله گلدهی بوده و بذر هنوز کاملا شکل نگرفته میزان رطوبت آن صفر بوده اما بعدها با شکل گیری بذر و تشکیل ساختمان آن مثل آندوسپرم جذب آب صورت گرفته در نتیجه میزان رطوبت آن افزایش مییابد اما بعدها با رسیدن بذر به مرحله رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک از میزان رطوبت آن کاسته میشود.
نتیجهگیری نهایی بنابراین کشت پاییزه اثر افزایشی در بهبود کیفیت شیمیایی بذر (عناصر غذایی بذر) نداشت اما در کشت پاییزه درصد موسیلاژ، فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و درصد جوانهزنی افزایش یافت اما در کشت بهاره فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز کاهش یافت. نکته قابل توجه این است که در کشت بهاره برای حصول صفات مطلوب اعمال کود ضروری به نظر می رسد زیرا با دادن کود عملکرد موسیلاژ زیاد شد و در تیمار بدون کود یا نصف کود مورد نیاز گیاه از میزان درصد موسیلاژ کاسته شد اما در کشت پاییزه با کاربرد نیمی از کود مورد نیاز گیاه میتوان بذرهایی با عملکرد بالا به لحاظ بنیه و کیفیت بذر دست یافت.
