شناسایی مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی در زنجیره تأمین تاب‌آور صنعت خودروسازی ایران

چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی در زنجیره تأمین تاب‌آور صنایع خودروسازی ایران با تکنیک دلفی فازی، وزن‌دهی و اولویت‌بندی هریک با تکنیک بهترین - بدترین و ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی صنایع ایران‌خودرو، سایپا و پارس‌خودرو در خصوص میزان عملکرد بهره‌گیری از تاب‌آوری در زنجیره تأمین خود با تکنیک‌های مپک و کوالیفلیکس و تجمیع نتایج با تکنیک بُردا می‌باشد. جامعه و نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر را 10 نفر از مدیران ارشد حوزه لجستیک در شرکت‌های خودروسازی تشکیل‌ می‌دهند. نتایج حاصل از غربال‌سازی مؤلفه‌ها با دلفی فازی نشان داد، الگوی بومی در شش بعد و چهل و دو شاخص شناسایی شدند. نتایج حاصل از وزن‌دهی به ابعاد تاب‌آوری زنجیره تأمین با تکنیک بهترین - بدترین نشان‌ داد، بعد مدیریت جهادی مهم‌ترین بعد تاب‌آوری زنجیره تأمین و بلوغ شایستگی رتبه دوم و چابکی، افزونگی، انعطاف‌پذیری و فرهنگ مدیریت ریسک به ترتیب رتبه‌های سوم تا ششم را کسب نمودند. همچنین شاخص‌های هر بعد نیز
وزن‌دهی و رتبه‌بندی شدند. سپس شرکت‌های خودروسازی با مدل پیشنهادی ارزیابی و با تکنیک‌های مپک و کوالیفلیکس رتبه‌بندی گردیدند. نتایج حاصل از تجمیع تکنیک‌ها با روش بردا نشان داد؛ ایران‌خودرو رتبه اول؛ سایپا رتبه دوم و پارس‌خودرو رتبه سوم را ازنظر میزان بهره‌مندی از تاب‌آوری زنجیره تأمین کسب نمودند.
