چکیده امروزه استفاده از اسانسهای گیاهی در صنایع غذا و دارو در حال افزایش است. لذا مطالعه حاضر، با هدف بهینهسازی فاکتورهای موثر در به حداکثر رساندن عملکرد اسانس و تعیین ترکیبات اسانس در شرایط بهینه صورت گرفت. اثر پارامترهای: مقادیر مختلف گیاه (X1)، زمان اسانسگیری (X2) و اندازه ذرات بذرها با مش (X3)، در سه سطح (1، 0، 1-) بهعنوان متغیر مستقل، برای بهینهسازی درصد اسانس به عنوان متغیر وابسته با استفاده از روش سطح پاسخ بررسی شد. پس از جمعآوری بذرهای گیاه گلپر از منطقه آینالو (آذربایجان شرقی) در مرداد ماه 1394، اسانس به روش تقطیر با آب توسط دستگاه کلونجر استخراج شد و شناسایی ترکیبات اسانس با استفاده از دستگاه GC-MS صورت گرفت. نتایج تجزیه ANOVA و اشتباه آزمایشی برای مدل RSM نشان داد که مدل پیشبینی شده برای درصد اسانس بهطور معنیداری دقیق است (P | ||
