چکیده

< p>چکیده
شرکت های تعاونی یکی از بخش های مهم اقتصادی کشور به شمار می آیند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت، کمی و از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی می باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مدلسازی توسعۀ شرکت های تعاونی صنعتی با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری می باشد. جمع آوری داده ها به صورت میدانی و برای تحلیل آنها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از روش شناسی نظریۀ زمینه بنیاد کوربین و استراوس عمل شد که در نیمه دوم سال 1398 انجام گرفت. روش نمونه گیری مورد استفاده، تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل اعضای هیأت مدیره و مدیران عامل شرکت های تعاونی صنعتی، کارشناسان بخش تعاونی های صنعتی وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی و اساتید دانشگاهی مرتبط با بخش تعاون و تعاونی های صنعتی بوده است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 56 نفر به عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب و پرسشنامه بین آنها تقسیم گردید. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته 97 سؤالی با آلفای کرونباخ 0/839 استفاده گردید و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارPLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین شرایط علّی، شرایط مداخله گر، شرایط زمینه ای و پیامدهای توسعۀ شرکت‌های تعاونی صنعتی با پدیدۀ اصلی و راهبردها رابطه وجود دارد.
