بررسی نقش التزام عملی به آموزه‌های‌دینی مادران بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی فرزندان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش التزام عملی به آموزه های دینی مادران بر بهزیستی روان ­شناختی فرزندان بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه متون آموزه های دینی می­باشد. نمونه پژوهش آموزه های دینی مادران در مورد بهزیستی روان­شناختی بود. طرح پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات و متون و منابع مرتبط با موضوع از روش کتابخانه ای استفاده شد. سپس به تحلیل اطلاعات و داده ها پرداخته شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد: رفتارها و اعمال مذهبی از قبیل اقامه نماز، روزه، توکل ودعا، اخلاق و تقوا، عفت و حیا، خودسازی، همسازی، احکام، شرکت در محافل مذهبی، تغذیه و غیره می توانند با ایجاد امید و تشویق به نگرش مثبت، موجب بهزیستی روان شناختی در فرزندان شوند. خانواده، نگرش و اعتقادات خود را به طور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم به فرزندان انتقال می­دهند و این تأثیر را از طریق مشاهده اعمال و رفتار والدین می پذیرند. درخانواده هایی با نگرش مذهبی، نگرش فرزندان بر پایه اعتقادات مذهبی شکل گرفته و این اعتقادات سبب شکل گیری شخصیت دینی در فرزندان می شود. چنانچه مادر توانایی فکری و اعتقادی لازم برای آشنا نمودن فرزندان خود با اندیشه و اعتقادات اصیل دینی نداشته باشد، چنین فرزندانی در برخورد با اندیشه ها و افکار مهاجم بی دفاع و سلامت روان­شناختی آن­ها به خطر می افتد. حالات و صفات مادر، اصالت خانوادگی، ایمان قلبی، اخلاق و تغذیه مادر در دوران قبل از بارداری و بعد از بارداری، در تربیت و اثر پذیری کودک از آموزه های دینی می تواند بسیار موثر باشد. در آموزه های دینی بر تمرین عبادی فرزندان جهت سلامت و بهزیستی روانی آن­ها تاکید بسیاری شده است که این مهم بر عهدۀ والدین به خصوص مادر است.
