اثر عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه چویر (Ferulago angulata) بر تست‌های عملکردی کبد و برخی پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی در موش های صحرایی نر بالغ

بسیاری از داروهای مدرن از گیاهان دارویی بدست آمده­اند و با بررسی­های جدید خواص بسیاری از این گیاهان مورد تایید و اثبات قرار گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر دوزهای مختلف عصاره هیدروالکلی گیاه چویر (Ferulago angulata) بر پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی و هماتولوژیکی به صورت خوراکی بر موش­های صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار می‌باشد. ۲۸ سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار که به طور تصادفی مورد مطالعه تجربی قرار گرفتند. موش­ها به یک گروه کنترل و فاقد عصاره و گروه­های دریافت­کننده عصاره چویر با دوز‌های۵۰، ۱۵۰ و ۳۰۰ میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم تقسیم شدند. تیمارگروه­ها به مدت ۱۶ هفته انجام شد. پس پایان آزمایش میزان گلوکز سرمی، پروفایل لیپیدی شامل تری‌گلیسیرید، کلسترول، LDL، HDL، آلبومین، پروتئین تام و آنزیم­های کبدی ALP،  AST وALT  مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. دوزهای مختلف عصاره چویر موجب تغییرمیزان برخی از فاکتورهای لیپیدی و آنزیم­های کبدی در گروه­های مورد مطالعه نسبت به گروه  کنترل شد. دوزهای مختلف عصاره چویر سبب کاهش معنی­دار در سطح ،گلوکز، تری گلیسیرید و آنزیم­های کبدی (AST و ALT)، میزان LDL شد. همچنین میزان آلبومین،HDL و پروتئین تام افزایش یافت و در میزان کلسترول و ALP تغییری ایجاد نشد. یافته­های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که گیاه چویرو با وجود ترکیبات آنتی­اکسیدانی، اثرات مثبتی در برخی از فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی و بهبود عملکرد کبد دارد. بنابراین می­توان گیاه چویر را به عنوان یکی از موثر ترین گیاهان در صنعت گیاهان دارویی و درمان و کنترل و پیشگیری از بسیاری از بیماری­ها معرفی کرد.
