ساختار عاملی و همسانی درونی یک مقیاس هویت اخلاقی

چکیده

این بررسی با هدف آزمون ساختار عاملی و همسانی درونی مقیاس ده‌مادّه‎ای هویت اخلاقی آکینو و رید (2002) مبتنی بر رگه‎های اخلاقی به‎دست‌آمده از نمونه‎ای از دانشجویان ایرانی انجام شد. نمونة پژوهش از 429 دانشجو (313 زن، 111 مرد، 5 نفر بدون گزارش) تشکیل شد. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عامل اکتشافی دو عامل شناسایی شد که 41/50درصد از واریانس هویت اخلاقی را تببین معنادار ‎کردند: نمادی‎سازی (67/34درصد) و درونی‎سازی (74/15درصد). همسانی درونی عوامل نمادی‎سازی و درونی‎سازی به‌ترتیب 75/0 و 61/0 بود. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که مدل دوعاملی نسبت به مدل تک‎عاملی برازش بهتری با داده‎ها دارد. بر اساس یافته‎های این پژوهش، الگوی نظری آکینو و رید در زمینة هویت اخلاقی برای اندازه‎گیری در فرهنگ ایرانی روایی کافی دارد.
