ارزیابی تنوع برخی از شاخص های فیتوشیمیایی عصاره گل در جمیعت های خودروی گیاه دارویی .Rheum ribes L در ایران

چکیده

استفاده از گیاهان دارویی و مواد فعال آنها به‌عنوان آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های طبیعی اخیراً مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. اندام‌های مختلف ریواس به دلیل برخورداری از فلاونوئیدها و پروآنتوسیانین‌ها ی آنتی‌اکسیدانی اهمیت زیادی در صنایع غذایی و دارویی دارند. در این مطالعه خصوصیات فیتوشیمیایی اندام گل در 13 ژنوتیپ (13-G1G) ریواس جمع آوری شده از مناطق مختلف کشور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. عصاره‌گیری با استفاده از دستگاه اولتراسونیک انجام گرفت. شاخص‌های فیتوشیمایی اندام گل بر اساس محتوای فنول کل (روش فولین سیکالتو)، فلاونوئید کل (روش آلومینیوم کلراید)، ویتامین ث (به روش تیتر با یدید پتاسیم)، کربوهیدرات محلول (معرف آنترون و رنگ سنجی)، تانن (معرف وانیلین و رنگ سنجی)، کاروتنوئید کل، کلروفیل a و b (روش لیچن تالر) و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی با استفاده از روش‌های DPPH و FRAP ارزیابی شدند. بیشترین میزان فنول و فلاونوئید کل به ترتیب در عصاره گل‌های ژنوتیپ 8G و 9G با مقدار (53/110 میلی‌گرم گالیک اسید بر گرم وزن خشک) و (49/1 میلی‌گرم کوئرسیتین بر وزن خشک) مشاهد شد. بیشترین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی به‌ترتیب در ژنوتیپ های 1G و 8G با میزان 75/94 درصد و (86/59 میکرومول بر گرم وزن خشک) و کمترین میزان این شاخص‌ها در گل ژنوتیپ 13G با میزان 17/68 درصد و (42/7 میکرو مول بر گرم وزن خشک) مشاهده شد. براساس این نتایج ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف ریواس حاوی آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های طبیعی هستند که در بین آن‌ها ژنوتیپ‌های 1G، 8G و 9G سطوح بالایی از این را دارا می‌باشد که از آن در صنایع غذایی و داروسازی می‌توان استفاده نمود.
