واکاوی چالش‌های مالکیت اقتصادی زنان شاغل متأهل با رویکرد کیفی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی چالش‌های مالکیت اقتصادی زنان شاغل متأهل با رویکرد کیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان شاغل متأهل بود. نمونه پژوهش 20 زن شاغل متاهل بود که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و با‌استفاده از سوال‌های ‌باز‌ استاندارد‌شده مصاحبه انجام‌ شد. پس از مصاحبه نفر پانزدهم، اشباع داده‌ها حاصل شد. طرح پژوهش کیفی و بر‌اساس نظریه برخاسته از ‌داده‌ها و با‌تکیه بر رهیافت گلیزر، انجام شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کُدگذاری خودبنیاد و کدگذاری نظری و به‌منظور افزایش دقت در تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم افزارMAXQDA نسخه 12 استفاده‌شد. در ارزیابی از ارتباط بین مقوله‌ها با مقوله‌ی هسته‌ای، در بین 18 خانواده کُدهای نظری گلیزر، مشخص شد که خانواده‌ی "شش سی‌ها" از تناسب بیشتری برخوردار بود و لذا تحلیل برپایه آن انجام شد. نتایج نشان‌داد که در نظریۀ میانی تکوین‌یافته، مطالبات کرانه‌ای به عنوان مقولۀ هسته‌ای، شناسایی شد و10 مقوله دیگر شامل، شرایط اقتصادی، تمامیت-خواهی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، اغفال، نادیده انگاری، تعلق خاطر، هوش معنوی، ناگزیری، اعتمادزدایی اقتصادی و بافت فرهنگی بود که ارتباط‌شان در قالب گزاره‌ها و مدل تجسمی، تبیین شد. هم‌چنین یافته‌ها نشان‌داد که عوامل معنوی بیشترین تاثیر را در تعالی خانواده دارد. معنویت بُعدی از زندگی هر شخص است که اگر توسعه یابد، توانایی فراتر رفتن از قوانین طبیعی و دستورات معمول زندگی را به فرد می‌بخشد و به فرد انگیزه می‌دهد تا معنی و هدفی برای خود به‌ویژه در شرایط بحرانی، پیدا کند.
